Sourcing the Perfect Match
Kim Mulligan has a special knack for matching horse and rider. Over the years, she has forged professional relationships with peers and mentors that allow her to source horses for riders of any age and ability. Whether you're looking to lease or purchase your forever unicorn, Kim is skilled at finding safe, honest horses to meet your budget and goals.
Kim also enjoys working with trainers and owners to help get their horses noticed in the show ring -- and ultimately -- sold. She enjoys the opportunity to take on projects and / or show horses while she is traveling the circuit. Inquire for more information and availability to show with our team this season. Twin Bays Stables' next stop is HITS Ocala Winter Circuit, where we enjoy a beautiful private barn with full-service board, extensive turnout, and an outdoor riding arena - all just minutes via private trailer to the show grounds at HITS Post Time Farm.
Full Service Boarding
Twin Bays Stable prides itself on offering the best care possible for its horses. At our new farm in Easton, CT, all horses are treated to large stalls with ample room for even the largest Dutch Warmblood!
We prefer our horses to be happy and comfortable so they can perform at their best. TBS stalls are always properly bedded with ample shavings -- just in case anyone wants to take a nap. Barn Manager Rory Gallagher lives onsite and preforms night check seven days a week, 365 days a year. Luckily he's also a morning person, and makes sure all of the horses are fed and turned out first-thing before clients arrive for lessons or hacks.
Clients with busy schedules, or multiple horses, can enjoy full-service horse care. This includes grooming, tacking and untacking, bathing, any necessary aftercare such as alcohol or ice wrapping, and tack cleaning.
Kim Mulligan's clients know the true value of professional rides. While it's not mandatory, many of Twin Bays Clients specifically join our barn family with the goal of bringing along a young horse, or for help troubleshooting with horses of any age. Kim's wealth of experience in hunters, jumpers and equitation allow her to school any horse with different disciplines in mind, and then recommend a tailored training program for horse and rider.
You don't have to horse show to be part of our growing barn family, but competition is a strong part of our DNA. We offer opportunities for riders to compete at the local, regional, and national level. Whether you prefer to try a schooling show, attend a local day show, or enjoy the full-week or circuit show experience, Twin Bays Stables can create a custom experience that maps back to your goals and budget.
